• Cancellations: Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time to avoid a cancellation fee. Failure to cancel within this timeframe may result in full charges.
• No-Shows: If the client is not available at the agreed pickup time and location, it will be considered a no-show, and full charges will apply.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Pricing: Our rates are displayed on the website and are subject to change based on factors like fuel prices, tolls, and route changes.
• Payment: We accept payments via credit card, cash, or online payment platforms. Payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise arranged.
